Terms & Conditions
Prices
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and service.
Rates are per room per night. If you have selected booking extras these will be added to the total price of your booking if you are staying either one night or you are paying the full value of your booking. Rates do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay.
Credit Cards
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation(pre-authorization may be required). Full payment will be made directly at the Hotel at check-out time.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 14.00 until 21:00 on the day of arrival
Should you wish to arrive any earlier our Brasserie is open from 12:00 daily for food and drinks, any other requirements need to be confirmed directly with a member of the The Lilly team before your arrival.
Check out is by 11:00 on the day of departure, please ensure your bill is settled and your key is returned before leaving.
Cancellations
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01492 876513 or Email: thelilly@live.co.uk. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation you will be charged the full amount of your booking, including any booking extras.
Deposits
Deposits are non refundable.
Insurance
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Children
It may be possible to accommodate children in specific rooms, available at a charge subject to availability, this must be booked direct with us prior to arrival as may not always be possible.
Damage to Hotel Property
Guests will be responsible for any damage to hotel bedrooms or public areas.
CCTV is in operation at all times and housekeeping staff check rooms daily.

Amendments
To amend or cancel your booking, call The Lilly directly with your booking details.
If you amend your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival, and as a result you cancel any room night with less than 24 hours notice the cancellation conditions outlined above will apply.
Bookings
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and be over 18 years of age to make a booking. Where you have selected booking extras at the time of booking and are making full payment, the cost of the booking extra will be added to your booking and will be payable online at the same time as the accommodation.
Conditions of stay
The Lilly will have some standard rules that are designed to ensure they comply with regulations relating to matters such as fire, health and safety, and to enhance the comfort and well being of their guests. We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests at The Lilly. For the avoidance of doubt this includes being rude, abusive or aggressive in any way towards staff.
Liability
Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control, including the provision of the service by the accommodation. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to The Lilly including any damage to the property by your act, omission, default or neglect and you agree to indemnify us and you agree to pay us on demand the amount reasonably required to make good or remedy any such damage or loss.
Complaints procedure
If you wish to make a complaint about The Lilly services or any associated matter, you may contact us by telephone, email or letter. Wherever possible, complaints will be dealt with promptly, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
